I use Reiki as the foundation, while intuitively weaving in the tools and perspectives that are appropriate for you in that moment—including energy and chakra awareness, body cues, intuitive insight, mediumship, tarot, and oracle cards.
The goal isn't to give you more information to figure out.
It's to help you understand what you already know on a deeper level.
So when you leave a session, you're not walking away with a prediction about what your life is going to look like.
You're walking away with a clearer understanding of where you are, a sense of energetic cleansing and reset, perspective on what you’ve been moving through, and a next step you can actually take.

As a Reiki Master, my work is rooted in Traditional Reiki. But over the years of working with energy, I’ve developed a way of seeing the whole picture—bringing together Reiki, intuitive and psychic insight, mediumship, chakra and body awareness, and the messages that can emerge through tarot and oracle cards.
Rather than than treating these as separate practices, I weave them together to help you understand what your energy, body, emotions, and intuition may be communicating.
This isn't about predicting your future.
Your future isn't something I believe needs to be predicted.
Instead, we look at:
Yesterday: What happened? What did you learn? What patterns or experiences are still influencing you?
Today: Where are you right now? What is your body, energy, intuition, and inner knowing telling you?
Tomorrow: Not “What is going to happen?” but “What is my next step?”
Because when you understand where you are standing, you don't need someone to hand you a map of your entire future.
You just need enough clarity to take the next step.
And then the next step reveals itself.
