I’m not just a Reiki Master, Medium, or Functional Intuitive.
I’m a woman figuring out how to be fully human while staying connected to something more expansive than myself. I’m a wife, a mother, an entrepreneur, a friend—and someone who is always learning how to be present, trust my intuition, and follow where life is asking me to go.
I’ve lived through divorce, single motherhood, difficult relationships, abuse, trauma, loss, mental and emotional struggles, and seasons where I felt completely disconnected from myself.
Everything I offer is something I’ve had to learn to practice in my own life—not just something I’ve learned to teach.
I know what it feels like to wonder: How did I get here? How do I move forward? And who am I underneath all of this?
My own healing taught me that spirituality isn’t about escaping the human experience.
It’s about learning how to be fully in it.
It’s learning to work with your energy while still paying the bills.
Trust your intuition while navigating relationships.
Follow your purpose while figuring out what comes next.
Create a life that feels aligned without constantly measuring yourself against someone else’s definition of success.
I’m still doing that work, too.
I’m learning to choose presence over perfection, peace over performance, and curiosity over expectation. To listen to my spiritual body, stay open to the Universe, and co-create rather than control every outcome.
That’s the kind of healing I believe in.

Much of Renee’s intuitive practice has been developed over 11 years of independent study, workshops, personal exploration, and hands-on experience. Her understanding of intuition, mediumship, energy work, and spiritual practice has grown through a combination of formal training and direct experience.
Her work brings these teachings together with her own lived wisdom and a grounded, practical approach—helping people explore their energy, recognize the patterns beneath the surface, and reconnect with their own inner knowing.

This Work Started Long Before Reiki
For five years, I built a community for mothers throughout Bergen County and the surrounding area. I organized events almost every week, created partnerships and sponsorships around mental and emotional wellness, and built spaces where women could talk honestly about what was happening in their lives.
I also ran entrepreneurial masterminds for women in the area, helping them navigate business, motherhood, identity, and everything in between.
And somewhere in the middle of all of that, in 2015, I was introduced to the spiritual world through the very community I had created.
That introduction eventually led me to Reiki.
At the time, I had spent over a decade working as a licensed insurance professional. It was a completely different world. It was structured, practical, and very much rooted in the conventional. Leaving that career and stepping into something I couldn’t fully explain took a tremendous leap of faith.
But I took it.
And that leap changed everything.
Reiki opened a door I didn't know existed. What started as curiosity became a deeper exploration of energy, intuition, healing, and the patterns underneath the lives we were trying so hard to hold together.
Eventually, that journey led me to open a store and studio, train as a Reiki Master, develop my intuitive work, and ultimately create 11 Eleven Healing.
But when I look back now, it feels like every version of my life was teaching me something I would eventually need for the work I do today.
